The original title of this episode was supposed to be "You're Not Hungry You're Bored," but the conversation took a right, then a left and eventually ended up right where we intended it to be. In Episode 22, Tina and Brandi discuss insights generated from reading the book, "Rising Strong" by author and researcher, Brene Brown. Most of us have more time on our hands and may be feeling a little vulnerable right now; uncertain, scared, and out of sorts missing what used to be our normal and our routine. If you have found yourself trying to numb some of your feelings with food, booze, staying busy, or binge watching TV until your eyes fall out, you're not alone.

In this episode we'll deep dive into a discussion about leaning into the uncomfortable places in our feelings and finding the courage to be curious about we feel them. Learn why you can be courageous or comfortable, but not both.
