In Episode 25, Brandi and Tina tackle Life Strategies as the 3rd pillar in their special Life Athlete series. In Pillars 1 and 2, we discussed the mental and physical preparedness strategies for reaching your goals. Now it’s time to put pen to paper and detail your plan of attack! Strategic planning is used in corporations, the military, the medical community and anywhere you see success! Remember, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Planning for your success in reaching your goals is no different from planning out a big project at work! Think of yourself and the goal you are pursuing as your project, and now, we must set forth the plan.
