In episode 4 of our podcast we discussed this concept in terms of protecting yourself from physical harm; but in today's episode we take it a step further and focus on the mental aspects of protecting yourself as well as how it's our duty to stand up for and protect others. It's not about being rude or mean, rather, it's about setting boundaries when someone else's "doing their best" just won't jive with our own core values and quite simply just doing what's right.
